"Who Are They?" -  Customer Segmentation

 

Do you know all the characteristics of your best customers?

Often a "one-size-fits-all" approach to marketing  is not the best, and a "one-to-one" approach is often not feasible.   We can help you analyze your data to determine the best type of segmentation to use to help you tailor and improve your marketing programs.

Problem: You know many of your customers have different wants and needs and will react to different products, offerings, creative approaches and offers. But treating each one  individually is not possible. 

Solution: Segment your customer base into a manageable number of groups and understand the characteristics of the groups and the key differences between the groups.  Use this information  to tailor your marketing programs. The segmentation could focus on customer value, product purchases, or other customer characteristics.

Steps:  After determining what data is available and what are your objectives, we will conduct an analysis for you and come up with a recommended segmentation. We will review the segmentation information with you and fine tune it before you use it in your marketing programs. If you would like we will then assist you with the execution of your marketing programs using the segmentation. We will develop lists of the different segments and report on their characteristics. Finally we can help you with campaign reporting, examining the results of your campaigns against each of the segments.
